Refund policy
Return : We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once and we do not offer any cancellations.
However, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, here is what you need to do :
- Please make unboxing video (mandatory)
- Has to reported within 24hrs of receiving it, post that, no complaints will be entertained.

Please make the unboxing video before opening the courier seal to validate.
With valid video proof your return on claims of damage or defective items will be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
